Ares Choix made most, ridden well over 1f out, kept on well and clear inside final furlong
Harriet´s Girl in touch, headway to challenge 2f out, soon ridden and every chance until hung left and one pace entering final furlong
On Offer dwelt, headway and in touch halfway, ridden 2f out, kept on inside final furlong, nearest finish
Pacific Bay tracked leaders, headway over 2f out, soon ridden and kept on same pace
Royal Muwasim close up, ridden along over 2f out and gradually weakened
Madame Jourdain outpaced and in rear until some late headway
Sandies Sister chased leaders, ridden along halfway, weakened 2f out
Transformation always towards rear
Ga Ga close up, ridden along halfway and soon weakened
One Cool Pet dwelt, always in rear
This was just an average fillies' maiden, won in workmanlike fashion by ARES CHOIX, who made most of the running and ran on strongly to put some daylight between herself and her rivals inside the final furlong. Connections seem to think a bit about her and feel that she would have been even more convincing had she managed to get a lead here. She could be an interesting nursery filly in due course.
Harriet's Girl had every chance, but she wanderedslightly under pressure and was unable to match the finishing speed of the winner.
Pacific Bay ran a respectable first race, while Royal Muwasim showed plenty of dash, but failed to get home.
Madame Jourdain stayed on late, but lacked the pace to land a blow.
