Suzi´s Decision held up in touch, headway over 3f out, pushed along to chase leader over 1f out, ridden and stayed on to challenge entering final furlong, soon led and stayed on strongly
Amanda Carter led, ridden and quickened over 2f out, driven over 1f out, headed just inside final furlong and kept on same pace
Sabancaya held up towards rear, headway over 3f out, ridden to chase leaders well over 1f out, kept on under pressure inside final furlong
Red Lily chased leaders, ridden along and outpaced 4f out, driven and plugged on one pace final 2f
Double On Red tracked leaders, headway to chase leader halfway, ridden along well over 2f out, driven over 1f out and gradually weakened
Pharaohs Queen dwelt, held up in rear, some headway 4f out, ridden along 3f out and never a factor
Molly Ann went right start, held up and always in rear
Sendefaa always in rear
Ma Al Salamah chased leader, ridden along over 3f out and soon weakened
Amanda Carter was 6lb well-in here, as she was unpenalised for her win at Doncaster last week. However, that was over 1m4f and she perhaps needs that trip these days, for though she was ridden from the front this time, the winner proved much too good for her in the closing stages. The lightly raced Sabancaya ran on to take third, and certainly got this trip, and on her handicap debut and her first run at this trip, Red Lily showed a degree of promise and is another lightly-raced sort who is likely to improve on this in due course. These four were well clear of Double On Red, who faded after racing in touch to the straight, and she in turn was clear of the rest in a race in which they finished well strung out.
