Tishtar made all, kept on well, comfortably
Klynch chased leaders, ridden 2f out, kept on to go 2nd inside final furlong but always held
Mesyaal chased leaders, effort 2f out, kept on same pace final furlong
Finnegan McCool chased winner, ridden to challenge 2f out, faded inside final furlong
Madison Belle slowly into stride, towards rear, headway and hung badly left over 2f out, kept on but no further impression
Captain Kallis unseated rider on way to start, chased leaders until weakened 2f out
Magical Illusion soon outpaced and always towards rear
Applehays awkward leaving stalls, mid-division until weakened 2f out
Short Cut slowly into stride, always behind, hung left from 2f out
Klynch had showed promise in two quick runs last month and is another with some size and scope. He travelled well through the race but could not trouble the winner despite quickening away from the rest. He is certainly a type for an early nursery.
Finnegan McCool could not put race experience to good use and on this quicker ground was readily outpaced in the final 2f.
Madison Belle was far too green to do herself justice but was far from disgraced, showing some good pace midrace. Slowly away and detached, she hung badly left to end up racing alone stands' side before weakening in thefinal furlong. She is better than the bare form.
Captain Kallis decanted his rider to run riderless to post before being reunited.
