Bukit Tinggi raced keenly in midfield, headway over 3f out, led over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, ran on well and in command final furlong comfortably
Inspirina slowly into stride, held up in rear, headway over 3f out, ridden to chase leaders and hung left over 1f out, stayed on to take 2nd post, not trouble winner
Hawridge King held up, headway over 3f out, chased leaders over 2f out, went 2nd 1f out, no impression on winner final furlong, lost 2nd post
Plane Painter prominent, led 9f out, ridden and headed over 2f out, stayed on same pace after
Markington midfield, ridden 4f out, headway over 3f out, challenging over 2f out, kept on under pressure after until no extra towards finish
Mith Hill held up, pushed along 4f out, kept on from 1f out, never on terms with leaders
Hill Billy Rock chased leaders, ridden to take 2nd briefly 4f out, soon hung left, weakened 2f out
Mt Desert chased leaders, ridden 4f out, weakened over 3f out
Command Marshal led, headed 9f out, remained prominent until weakened over 3f out
A little keen early, he raced in touch in a contest run at just a fair gallop but, after moving up over 3 out, was in front over 2 out and stayed on well. He does not look the most straight forward, and this was his first win, but he had run only seven times previously and seemed to handle this fastground well.
Inspirina gained his only turf win on soft ground, though he has won on Polytrack. A touch keen early, he was settled off the pace and ran on well to take a creditable second, though was edging left and may need slightly easier ground.
Plane Painter raced in the first two and stuck on, suggesting he will soon find a race.
Markington, who had shaped quite well on his return to the Flat at Nottingham two weeks earlier, raced in touch, moved up with every chance 3 out, but did not stay on. He may prove better at 1m4f.
Mith Hill may need easier ground, while Hill Billy Rock has shown his best form on softer going as well and Command Marshal was very disappointing.
