Oakfield Legend led to 7th, weakened approaching 2 out
Galley Law behind, mistake 4th, never near leaders
Le Beau Bai held up in mid-division, ridden 3 out, soon struggling
Drumroe held up towards rear, ridden and headway after 6th, hit 3 out, soon weakened

Enroblim Trop held up in mid-division, weakened after 6th, tailed off when pulled up after 3 out
NILS ANDERSON had drawn a blank in his 16 previous tries over hurdles and fences but managed to land this contest with a bit up his sleeve. He had actually pulled up on three occasions out of his last four runs so was not the easiest to find whichever way you looked at it. However, there did not seem to be any fluke about the victory and it remains to be seen how he runs next time given his record.
Thumbprint, sporting a tongue tie for the first time, turned in a career best effort so perhaps his finishing position clouds the bare form for the future.
Gun Smith could do with a step back in trip on this evidence.
Oakfield Legend was switching back to hurdles but his attempt to boss things did not pay off.
