FLYING INDIAN showed good all-round speed and was travelling over her rivals by halfway. She had to be shaken up to hold on through the final furlong, but confirmed the promise of her recent seasonal reappearance second here.
Valhillen got a dream run up the inside rail as the pack raced a shade off the rail in the first half. He showed good pace, but was just tapped for toe vitally at halfway before rallying on ground that was probably plenty fast enough for him, but he has not been disgraced at the weights.
Miss Firefly looked a hard ride, but she is relatively lightly raced nad appears to be progressing although what her trip is seems to be testing connections.
No Point lost all chance with a slow start, conceding fully five lengths from a poor draw. She did some late running, but had been a handful beforehand with her jockey riding her to post with her feet out of the irons.
Midnite Blews proved a handful walked to post riderless, while Flemish Art was reported to have lost his action.
