Under Fire soon led, ridden 3f out, headed inside final 2f, weakened inside final furlong

Ryan´s Future slowly into stride, in rear, headway over 2f out, stayed on final furlong but never going pace to be competitive

Jacaranda slowly into stride, in rear, shaken up 3f out, headway on outside from over 2f out, kept on inside final furlong but not reach leaders

Siena Star in touch ridden to chase leaders over 2f out, one pace final furlong

King Of Charm chased leaders, ridden over 3f out, weakened inside final 2f

Chia chased leaders, went 2nd 6f out to 3f out, weakened 2f out

Casablanca Minx slowly into stride, never in contention

Poppets Sweetlove chased leaders, ridden 3f out, weakened 2f out, eased when no chance

Hucking Heat in rear, ridden 3f out, no chance when hung badly left 1f out

Bidable in rear, some headway 3f out, soon weakened

Moyoko chased leaders, ridden and weakened 2f out, no chance when badly hampered on inside approaching final furlong

Poor stuff and most were flat to the boards off the home turn, where Friends Hope looked to be cantering over them, but she was finally anchored by her big weight and outrun by AUNTIE MAME.

Auntie Mame deserves plenty of credit for this reappearance win against race-fitter rivals, and she maintains her progressive profile on her first start at four, suggesting she can go on from this and keep pace with the handicapper.

Friends Hope was dropping back in trip and as such it might have been better if she had been kicked on as she travelled over her rivals three furlongs out. She responded when headed but did not have the pace to get back at Auntie Mame, while galloping on strongly under her winner's penalty. This was still a fine run as she was plenty keen enough early stuck widest out from her high draw.

Eerly leader Under Fire held fourth after setting a soundpace, but nothing else threatened, and both Moyoko, who was badly hampered against the inside rail into the final furlong, and Hucking Heat, were well beaten when short of room.

King Of Charm was reported to have run too free, while SilverBlue was reported to have been denied a clear run.
