CHAPTER, without a win for three years, seems to go well fresh and on fast ground, and he just got the better of a protracted duel withAstrolibra, who got a lovely run up the inner and appeared to nose in front inside the final furlong. Both were returning from absences of more than six months.
The Iron Giant, with the tongue tie back on, led until Chapter took over.
