Luscivious chased leader, led over 1f out, kept on well
Xpres Maite chased leaders, driven over 2f out, switched left just inside final furlong, stayed on to take 2nd near finish
Tartatartufata reared start, led until over 1f out, kept on same pace
Hereford Boy switched outside over 3f out, headway to chase leaders 2f out, kept on same pace
Gallery Girl chased leaders, faded approaching final furlong
Bo McGinty in touch, ridden over 2f out, hung right, never near to challenge
Tous Les Deux chased leaders, driven over 3f out, soon lost place, behind final 2f
Garstang with leaders, took keen hold, lost place over 1f out, soon behind
Xpres Maite, who has been in cracking form for some time, was dropped back in trip here. It slightly caught him out, but he produced a sterling finish and was gaining on the winner all the way to the line. He still looksin great heart.
Tartatartufata was slightly awkward leaving the stalls, but still managed to lead. She ran a sound race, only being put in her place late on and only being run out of second close home.
Gallery Girl, raised 3lb for her recent near-miss at Redcar, was unproven on this surface and could never reach a challenging position.
Bo McGinty, a winner here lasttime, was soon ridden along on this occasion. Tending to hang to his right, into the rails, he was never going to get into it.
