Sea Saffron plugged on without ever having any chance of getting near the winner. There is a race of this nature in this one at some stage, however.
Red Granite looked sure to win at Market Rasen last time until coming down. This will have served as a confidence booster and he should be found an opening over the summer as he likes this type of ground.
