Corum held up in touch, raced keenly, ridden over 2f out, soon weakened

Trainer Derek Haydn Jones's travelling head man Adrian Taylor said: "He has such a high cruising speed, but doesn't do too much when he hits the front."
Four Miracles had risen 6lb despite three defeats and was on a fact-finding mission regarding the trip. He was doing some sterling work at the end and appeared to see it out well enough.
Markington was the one to take out of this, staying on well on his first Flat run for well over a year. Fit from a readying run over hurdles, he showed he's retained his ability but is not the most reliable in the game.
They All Laughed was brought wide with his run and ranged almost level a furlong and a half out only the weaken. He seems happier on this lively ground.
