Analyis of the race

Mainly exposed sorts in this conditions seller, which was won in good style by CHERRI FOSFATE, who quickened right away in the final furlong to win in good style. He has a decent strike-rate for a 57-rated performer, and did well here as he was giving weight away to all but one of his rivals. That said, he was well beaten in a handicap on his previous start.

Ja Myford, dropping back in trip, struggled to go the pace, but stayed on to finish clear of the others, none of whom showed any significant promise.
