Tasheba, a 7f winner at Yarmouth last season and a fair fourth on his reappearance over 1m3f at Warwick last month, improved for this further step up in distance and should be able to find races at this level this summer.
Kiribati King, raised 5lb for his recent win at Beverley, lacked the speed toever get competitive on this occasion but plugged on well enough for pressure. There was market support for the stoutly-bred Io on her first try at this trip, but she never looked like getting into the mix.
