INDIAN LOVE put up a career-best display to win this mostly ordinary beginners' chase which was run at a proper gallop. Ridden handily, she moved up to lead, travelling well after the third-last and despite a possible lapse of concentration at the second-last where she jumped out to the left, she soon recovered and drew clear for a convincing success. She was value for a bit more.

All Heart again had to be content with place prize-money, and there's no reason to believe that that will change any time soon. Off the pace for most of the way, she did her best work at the finish but was never close enough to the winner to be in any way dangerous.

Ballydungmanor was disappointing and his jumping let him down to a large extent. He was just being ridden and asked to close when he made a significant mistake three out and he could really do more than stay on at one pace from there.

Camarilla tried to make all and jumped well for the most part but wasn't a danger once she was headed on the final circuit.
