The Hillaries slowly away, soon chased leaders, 4th approaching straight, no impression from 2f out
Jaillissante never better than mid-division
Manavic always in rear
Carracove mid-division, no impression from 4f out
Aseasyas is a filly who's likely to get her turn sooner rather than later if the ground stays like it is. Racing handily, she challenged persistently all the way up the straight and almost got upsides the winner inside the final furlong until it was shown the the winner had a nice bit in hand. She seems to be game enough though and a similar contest looks winnable.
Rochester Falls ran similarly for the first half of the race before she lost her place somewhat early in the straight. To her credit, she ran on inside the final half-furlong to be closest at the finish and would appreciate a step up in trip.
There was also a creditable run from Miranda's Girl. She tried to make all and stuck like glue to the inside rail but she couldn't respond when challenged and headed a furlong out. [JOH]
