Gunnadoit held up in last pair, pushed along and headway over 4f out, driven to chase leading pair over 2f out, stayed on under pressure to lead towards finish
Floodlight Fantasy chased leader until over 6f out and again over 3f out, ridden and hung right well over 1f out, led inside final furlong, soon headed and no extra
Fairly Honest led, ridden over 1f out, headed inside final furlong, weakened towards finish
Bollywood in touch, lost place over 3f out, switched right and ridden over 2f out, no headway
Mtoto Girl held up in rear, ridden over 3f out, no progress
Rock Haven steadied start, took keen hold, held up in touch, ridden well over 2f out, soon beaten
Paul The Carpet took keen hold, chased leader over 6f out until over 3f out, soon weakened, eased inside final furlong, tailed off
Hayley Turner's mount was under strong pressure over 1f out, but the gelding stayed on up the hill to score going away. This was a progression from his previous effort and, in fairness to the favourite, it looked as if he wasn't happy on the track.
Fairly Honest paid the price for trying to cash in when the cards were seemingly stacked in his favour. Nothing was going better when he went to the front, but he seemed to hit a brick wall when meeting the rising ground.
