Described as "a bit of a baby" by his rider, the relative of Strategic Prince and Yorkshire took a while tomaster North South Divide, but, once meeting the rising ground, quickly asserted.
With North South Divide being deprived close home of second by outsider Lady Longcroft it's hard to evaluate the strength of the form. North South Divide had set thestandard with his solid Lingfield run but, after leading 2f out, he was quickly brushed aside.
Zaarmit looked a possible threat to the favourite on paper, but ruined his chance by running with the choke out early on. He had nothing left at the business end.
Kitto Katsu proved disappointing as she also dropped right out after holding a good pitch towards the far rail.
