Analyis of the race

Modest bumper form, but the pace was reasonable and winner NONO LE SAGE did it well. This half-brother to a 1m4f winner on the Flat in France joined issue going well but ran a bit green once in front and had to be driven out. He looks to have a future and it will be interesting to see how he progresses.

Lannacombe Flyer ran a nice race on his debut, just caught flat-footed with a couple of furlongs to run but staying on to grab second close home. He has the size to make the grade over jumps.

Nothing's Easy, whose dam won over hurdles, ran a promising race from the front on this debut.

Kauto Le Roc, a half-brother to a winning chaser in France out of a half-sister to Kauto Star, should improve with the experience under his belt.
