Oh Crick tracked leaders, went 2nd 10th, driven to challenge last, slight advantage soon after, held on all out
Sninfia led 3rd, not fluent 8th (water), ridden from 2 out, narrowly headed after last, kept on well, under pressure, just failed
City Affair held up towards rear but in touch, hit 5th, headway after 9th, driven to chase leaders from 3 out, weakened approaching last
Mister Benedictine chased leaders, ridden 3 out, weakened after next
Bay Mouse led to 3rd, hit 6th, ridden 10th, weakened 4 out
Mistified in rear 4th, headway 6th, weakened 10th, no chance when blundered 4 out
Brown Fox behind from 9th, tailed off when pulled up before 3 out
Roseville blundered 1st, hit 4th, soon in touch, weakened 9th, tailed off when pulled up before 3 out
Sninfia was only a plater over hurdles and her proximity here lends doubts to the form, but on this evidence she is going to make a much better chaser. She jumped well on this second run over fences, bar an error at the water, and went down fighting. A novices' handicap, or a race confined to her own sex, should come her way.
Mister Benedictine made a thoroughly respectable chasing debut but perhaps will be suited by a drop back to 2m.
Former pointer Bay Mouse was not disgraced and is now qualified for handicaps. A step up in trip will probably be required.
