Earlsfield Raider led, ridden after 5th, headed approaching 2 out, not fluent last, soon led, driven out
Acapulco Bay took keen hold, always prominent, led approaching 2 out, soon ridden, headed soon after last, no extra
Rapscallion prominent, ridden and lost place approaching 5th, stayed on to take 3rd 2 out, no impression
Boulevin pulled hard, headway 3rd, went 2nd 4th, weakened approaching 2 out

Bamby took keen hold, chased leader to 4th, hung left and weakening when mistake 2 out
Melvino took keen hold in rear, ridden and short-lived effort 5th, tailed off
Acapulco Bay, having his first outing for his new trainer, looked to have done enough to win in the straight and may well have prevailed on better ground as the front pair were so far clear of the others.
Boulevin had not been competitive in claiming company at the weekend and he has not won in 23 attempts over hurdles.
