Snoopy Loopy chased leaders, driven along 8th, hit 10th, stayed on to lead between last 2, ridden right out
Chaninbar held up in rear, headway to chase leaders 6th, reminders 9th, went 2nd approaching last, no impression
Wee Forbees tended to jump slightly right, led until between last 2, soon weakened
Le Roi Rouge in rear, pushed along 8th, headway 10th, outpaced after 3 out, kept on between last 2
King Daniel headway to track leaders 5th, weakened 13th
Stagecoach Amber chased leaders, lost place 12th, soon behind
First Fought in rear, blundered 6th, lost touch and reminders 8th
Wally Wonder chased leaders, mistake and unseated rider 3rd
Chaninbar had left the impression he was better over 2m, but he seemed to staythis trip well enough, racing in touch and not being done any favours by racing on the outside of the leader who kept jumping right. However, he kept on to finish a clear second ahead of Wee Forbees, who set a good gallop, but jumped right and weakened from the second-last. He may be better going right-handed, but had no easy task off his mark of 134.
