Livvy Inn, who is rated only 56, made a bold bid, but was held well inside the last. Prince Rhyddarach, having only his second start, ran a fair race. The disappointment was Evelith Regent, a bumper winner, who had shaped well on his Flat debut at Musselburgh. He wasproduced to win his race, but proved one-paced from over a furlong out.
