Time Share slowly into stride, held up, headway over 1f out, edged left, ran on
Bentley led 1f, chased leader, ridden over 1f out, led inside final furlong, soon headed and edged left, stayed on same pace
Wicked Uncle slowly into stride, soon pushed along in rear, headway and switched left over 1f out, ridden and every chance inside final furlong, no extra
Twinned chased leaders, ridden over 1f out, stayed on same pace inside final furlong
Taboor held up, ridden over 1f out, never troubled leaders
Clipper Hoy led 4f out, ridden and edged right over 1f out, headed and weakened inside final furlong
Calypso King slowly into stride, soon chasing leaders, ridden over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong, finished lame
Wibbadune, who had run no sort of race in a first-time visor last time, raced without headgear on this occasion and returned to the form that had seen her beat Time Share at Lingfield last month. She was not helped by her outside draw, and does not need to improve much on this effort to be winning again.
Bentley and Twinned are others who are finding it hard to win these days and, though the pair showed plenty of dash, they were again found wanting at the business end.
