Moverra raced in midfield, headway over 3f out, led well over 1f out, soon ridden, hard pressed 1f out, headed and unable to quicken inside final furlong
Imperial Sword steadied start, took keen hold, held up in rear, headway just over 2f out, switched left over 1f out, ran on under pressure, not quite reach leaders
Norcroft held up in midfield, headway well over 1f out, kept on under pressure inside final furlong, not pace to reach leaders
Gee Ceffyl Bach took keen hold, chased leaders until lost place 2f out, rallied under pressure final furlong, stayed on
Davids Mark held up in midfield, headway well over 2f out, chased leaders and ridden over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong
Forced Upon Us chased leaders until led after 1f until 4f out, every chance and ridden over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong

Torver raced in midfield, headway 4f out, ridden and weakened 2f out, well behind final furlong
BALERNO had shaped well over 6f here last time which was not lost on the handicapper but this veteran appreciated the extra furlong and had the race won through the final furlong, reversing form with Imperial Sword, who had to switch round him before edging closer but found the rapidly drying ground going against him.
Moverra split the pair, having every chance into the final furlong and this maiden Irish import is one to bear in mind for a similar contest.
Davids Mark made an effort before his suspect stamina ran out, while Shave ran far too keenly early but still came to have a chance before weakening.
Gee Ceffyl Bach lost her place midrace before staying on, suggesting the drier ground found her out.
Fun In The Sun ran far too freely in his blinkers and blazed a lone furrow off the stands' side of the field before weakening quickly before the final furlong.
