Tinnarinka took keen hold, chased leader, drifted wide well over 1f out, ridden to lead over 1f out, headed well inside final furlong, rallied gamely to lead again on post
Daniel Thomas slowly into stride, soon chasing leaders, ridden and headway over 1f out, led well inside final furlong, headed on post
Scarlet Flyer steadied start, took keen hold, held up in last, switched right over 1f out, ran on under pressure final furlong, never pace to threaten leaders
Joy And Pain took keen hold, held up in touch in last pair, ridden and effort just over 2f out, weakened 1f out
Sir Liam led, ridden 2f out, headed over 1f out, weakened final furlong
Daniel Thomas put in a sound effort despite being slowly into his stride. He was held up, made progress in the final two furlongs and may have edged in front over half a furlong out. He was just outpointed but should improve for his first outing since October.
Sir Liam made the running until headed just inside the final furlong and then weakened. Joy And Pain was a little keen early on but had his chance entering the final too furlongs and, once again, gave the impression that he is better at distances shorter than a mile. (TE)
