Analyis of the race
Not many had any real chance in this hunter chase at the end of the back straight, and it went to the progressive WHIZZAAR, who proceeded to lead them a merry dance from the front and never really looked like being picked up off the last bend. He hasobviously learned from a couple of falls earlier in his career and the switch to front-running has also helped his cause. He could now got to Cheltenham’s meeting early next month in the intermediate hunter chase final.
Milesian King came here on the back of a couple of point-to-point wins, and he was a bit too keen early which did not help.
Complete Outsider plugged on up the straight, but Jalons Star unfortunately pulled up very lame.
