POCKETWOOD has not had much racing over hurdles and is relatively unexposed. He stuck on well up the home straight to hold off the runner-up and should have no problems with a bit further.
Great Grimsby has seemingly had a few chances now without getting his head in front.
Nomad was trying to build on a somewhat promising placed effort last time but could make no impression off the home bend.
