This was not a bad novice by Plumpton standards, but even before the race the two market leaders looked vulnerable on the ground, and so the form probably isn't as good as first impressions suggest.
HOW'S BUSINESS was a fair maiden stayer on the Flat for Charles Cyzer and had run well twice since her winning debut over hurdles. The extra 4f looked right up her street, and having enjoyed a good lead she went to the front starting down the far side. Although she had to be kept right up to her work she was always in charge, and she is progressing well. She looks as if she would jump a fence one day.
Forest Silver handles the ground all right, but his limitations are there for all to see. This was another fair effort.Lysander's Quest was out of contention when blundering badly three out. He is very moderate.
I Have Dreamed has not progressed since his winning hurdles debut at Taunton and this was his third weak effort in a row. The ground was probably a factor this time, but he is not one to have a lot of faith in.
