Smirfy´s Silver chased leader until led over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, ran on, eased near finish
Jafaru always prominent, ridden to chase winner over 1f out, edged right, stayed on same pace inside final furlong
Harry The Hawk held up, headway on bit over 2f out, ridden and edged right final furlong, stayed on same pace
Nok Twice slowly into stride, held up, raced keenly, headway and switched left over 1f out, ran on, not reach leaders
Princess Lavinia chased leaders, ridden over 2f out, weakened final furlong
Never Pink held up, ridden over 3f out, always in rear
Harvest Joy held up, ridden over 4f out, weakened 2f out
Sendreni pulled hard, led, ridden and headed over 2f out, weakened well over 1f out
Jafaru ran a nice first race back on the flat and chased the leaders throughout and kept on towards the finish. He will be suited by the return to a longer trip and a little race over adistance of ground should soon come his way.
Harry The Hawk had beaten Blue Spinnaker on his reappearance at Beverley and looked to be travelling ominously well over two furlong out but didn't find as much as anticipated in the closing stages. He had appeared progressing quite nicely and it may be worth giving him the benefit of the doubt next time.
Sendreni was too free for his own good and needs to settle better if he is to win races for his shrewd handler.
