SION HILL is a force to be feared when allowed to dominate from the front, and being drawn to attack here he again made every yard. He sees out this trip well and could make a quick reappearance back here next week. He could again go close if allowed to dominate.
The maiden Willie Ever was trying this shorter trip on his first start for new connections. This was his best effort to date, and he looks capable of picking up a small race, perhaps over slightly further.
Maison Dieu raced prominently throughout. He was run out of second late on. This trip stretches his stamina.
Mister Benji collided with the rail three furlongs from home. It is a long time since he has got his head in front though and it is unlikely that it cost him his chance here.
Straight Face was up another 3lb for his second here last time.His draw would not have suited his usual front running tactics and he looked to be out of contention when his rider eased him straightening up.
