Ever Rigg held up in touch, headway on inside from 3f out to lead inside final 2f, ridden and held on well throughout final furlong

Try Me led, kept on when challenged from 5f out, ridden and edged left over 2f out, headed inside final 2f, rallied final furlong and stayed pressing winner, no extra close home

Victoria Montoya chased leaders, driven along over 2f out, stayed on same pace from over 1f out

Beautiful Lady tracked leaders, driven and quickened to challenge on bend 3f out, bumped and veered left soon after and one pace final 2f

Coco L´Escargot tracked leader, challenged from 5f out to 3f out, weakened soon after

Sindanna soon ridden along in rear, lost touch final 5f

Something of a muddling affair after a solid early gallop, with the pace easing towards the end of the back straight and then something of a dash up the straight.

EVER RIGG travelled well at the back and nipped up the inside as Try Me and Beautiful Lady bumped to hamper their chances. The winner had been behind Beautiful Lady on her debut over 1m2f but, unlike her rival, saw out the trip well to open up plenty of options. She looks progressive, having missed her 2yo days with niggling problemsbehind.

Victoria Montoya looks a real galloper and was not suited by the pace easing down the back straight. She kept galloping but was outspeeded.
