Klynch ran green in midfield on outer, outpaced over 1f out, kept on
Duke Of Aquitaine very green in last pair and reminder after 1f, modest progress on outer final 2f, never a threat
Buddy Marvellous tracked leaders and raced against near side rail, outpaced from over 1f out
Blushing Maid mostly chased winner to 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Striding Edge chased leaders, ridden 2f out, steadily weakened over 1f out
Buckle Up close up to halfway, steadily weakened from over 1f out
Sharp Discovery prominent 3f, soon weakened
The Beat Is On always in last pair, tailed off
Connections are consideringkeeping her for Royal Ascot and a tilt at the Queen Mary, although they may be first tempted by the Hilary Needler at Beverley.
Heliodor, a late foal and not well drawn, shaped with distinct promise especially as the run looked as if it would bring him on. He is also bred to need another furlong or two to be seen at his best.
Flashmans Papers travelled as well as anything through the race on this debut, and was crossed by the winner which arguably cost him second. He was not knocked about in a lost cause and should maintain winning family form.
Duke Of Aquitaine was far too green to do himself justice, immediately outpaced and driven along before the penny dropped late and he stretched out better to suggest potential for considerable improvement on the bare form.
There is not a lot of Buddy Marvellous but he was another finishing off to effect after being outpaced.
Blushing Maid, bred for speed, showed it, before tiring into the final furlong and she can progress with her racing.
