Atlantic Beach dwelt and towards rear, headway halfway, ridden well over 1f out, kept on inside final furlong, never dangerous

Miss Taboo raced wide, led, ridden along and headed halfway, driven and one pace final 2f

Sosostris Pitch chased leaders, ridden along over 2f out, soon driven and weakened

Take It Easee in touch on outer, effort, edged left and not much room well over 1f out, soon no impression

Extreme North pulled hard, prominent until ridden over 2f out and soon weakened

Bunny Hug midfeild, ridden along halfway and soon outpaced

Adab chased leaders, ridden along over 2f out, soon weakened

Sleeping slowly into stride, always in rear

Notforloveormoney chased leaders, riudden along over 2f out and soon weakened

Josama close up, ridden along over 3f out and soon weakened

White Rose George slowly into stride, always behind

This did not look a hot maiden overall by any means, but there was plenty to like about the first two who look sure to progress.

SOLAR SPIRIT was handy before going on at halfway, and though swishing his tail a couple of times, that seemed just a trait rather than anything sinister, as he really stuck his neck out and ran right to the line. His only run as a juvenile was over 7f, so it would appear that longer trips will suit.

Strawberry Moon is well thought of and though never able to get to the winner, she ran on in pleasing fashion in the closing stages to finish a clear second. There is better to come and it looks as if a bit further will suit.

Atlantic Beach did not improve for his first run, but he is not one to give up on by any means.

Adab was never able to get in a blow when it mattered, he had been keen last time over 7f but seemed to settle all right this time. Much better could have been expected - the ground may have been a problem.
