Auntie Kathleen held up in touch, headway to chase leader approaching 5 out, led 3 out, drew clear from next
Kerry Lads pressed leader, led 14th, hit 4 out, headed next, soon one pace
Geeveem ran in snatches, effort under pressure before 4 out, weakened from next
Cash Bonanza led to 14th, weakened from next
Premiership prominent, outpaced after 12th, no chance from 4 out
Nasrha chased leaders, hit 12th, soon struggling, tailed off when pulled up after 4 out
AUNTIE KATHLEEN was the one to capitalize mostly, the mare, having gone through this season without a win, coming home awide-margin winner. She has her own way of doing things, and she looks awkward at times with her high carriage, but she raced sweetly enough here and, once she'd got on top in the straight, she came away to win very much as she liked.
Geeveem, coming back from two months off, never looked happy and,failing to get in a good jumping rhythm, he was in trouble a long way out.
Cash Bonanza, who cut out the running, was well beaten.
