Three Mirrors held up, headway to chase leaders when hit 4 out, rallied and led approaching last, driven out
Dear Villez prominent, steady headway halfway, led before 4 out, ridden and hung left 2 out, headed when mistake last, no extra
Endless Power close up, led 6th to before 4 out, outpaced from 2 out
Edmo Yewkay held up, headway and close up 9th, ridden and weakened from 3 out
Jimmy Bond held up in touch, driven and outpaced 11th, no danger after
Coach Lane chased leaders until weakened from 3 out
Another Native behind, struggling 10th, tailed off when pulled up before 2 out
Lysander held up, blundered badly and unseated rider 10th
Lucifer Bleu led, blundered 5th, headed next, mistake and weakened 10th, no chance when fell last
The first two came clear of the rest, headed by Endless Power, who was never able to get his own way up front, but who ran creditably after being raised 15lb for his Aintree win.
Edmo Yewkay, back up in trip, was well beaten.
