Bengal Bullet held up, headway 3 out, ridden to lead final furlong, driven out
Jump Jet held up, headway 3 out, ridden to lead approaching last, soon headed, no extra flat
Nougat De L´Isle prominent, chased leader from 3rd, led 8th until mistake 10th, led approaching 3 out, blundered 2 out, soon headed, weakened flat
Legally Fast prominent, hit 5th, weakened after 3 out
Fountain Hill chased leader, left in lead 3rd, headed 8th, led 10th until approaching 3 out, soon weakened
Jockser led until mistake and unseated rider 3rd
BENGAL BULLET is better known as a hunter chaser, but he managed to get his head in front over hurdles for the first time. He is not getting any better at his age and the ground obviously helped his cause.
Jump Jet and the winner were held up, but the result was not affected by the tactics and Jump Jet looks nothing out of the ordinary.
Legally Fast seems to have stamina limitations at this trip.
