Dickie Lewis led to 4 out, rallied to regain lead 2 out, jumped right last, held on well
Ryminster in touch, driven and outpaced 5 out, rallied after next, kept on from last to go second towards finish, not reach winner
Sovereign´s Joy close up, led 4 out to 2 out, no extra and lost second towards finish
Sound Of Cheers held up in touch, smooth headway to chase leaders 5 out, ridden and weakened after next
Almire Du Lia prominent until ridden and weakened from 12th
Stormont Dawn mistakes in rear, lost touch from halfway
Abzuson not fluent, in touch, hampered 4th, weakened 9th, pulled up after 12th
Predestine close up, fell 4th
Ryminster was 5lb higher than when scoring over course and distance on his previous start, and though he never quite got to the winner, he stuck on well to take second. Although he acts on heavy ground, he is also effective on quicker ground so should continue to give a good account.
These three were clear of Sound Of Cheers, who travelled strongly in first-time blinkers, but faded from thethird-last.
