Shunkawakhan took keen hold in touch, ridden to lead towards finish, ran on
Uig soon chasing leader, ridden 2f out, led inside final furlong, headed towards finish
Casablanca Minx held up towards rear, switched left and headway on inside well over 1f out, every chance inside final furlong, not quicken
Shosolosa slowly into stride, held up in rear, edged left over 1f out, headway final furlong, nearest finish
Juzilla soon led, edged right over 1f out, headed inside final furlong, faded
Grandad Bill led early, always prominent, ridden well over 1f out, weakened well inside final furlong
Golden Brown held up in mid-division, headway over 2f out, ridden well over 1f out, weakened final furlong

Papa´s Princess slowly into stride, ridden over 3f out, always behind
Uig ran a cracker on her first outing in over five months and does not need to improve much on this effort to be winning again. She wouldhave appreciated a stronger pace, as it would have helped her to settle better and would have brought her stamina more into play – she has shown her best form at 1m2f on turf - and in the circumstances her connections have every reason to be delighted with her.
Juzilla, taken on for the lead when a beaten favourite here last time, was allowed an uncontested lead on this occasion but refused to settle in front and capitulated tamely in the closing stages. She remains winless, and is proving frustrating at present.
