Talikos took keen hold, prominent, chased winner 9th to 4 out, soon weakened

Analyis of the race

Without Dennis The Legend and Hume Theatre this was a very ordinary hunters chase but take nothing away from DE LUAIN GORM who basically slipped the remainder and was allowed to bowl along as if he was certain to come back. But come back he did not. However he will not get an easy lead like this in future and is probably one to take on.

Hollywalk was only rated 63 under rules and, although she was not beaten that far in the end, she is moderate.
