John Forbes took keen hold, held up in touch, smooth headway to lead before last, ridden and ran on well run-in
Tragic Ohio held up in touch, driven and outpaced 3 out, rallied to chase winner run-in, kept on same pace
Karathaena took keen hold, chased leaders until outpaced 3 out, rallied before last, no impression run-in
Hush Tiger close up, effort and every chance 3 out, outpaced from last
Front Rank led to approaching last, weakened run-in
Soubriquet prominent until ridden and weakened approaching 2 out
Tartan Snow close up, blundered badly and lost place 4 out, rallied after next, ridden, 1 length 2nd and staying on when fell heavily last
Tragic Ohio, outpaced three out, got his second wind and ran on to take second, shaping well after more than a year off. Third went to Karathaena, who is back on a fair mark, and will be interesting if she goes back to Market Rasen where she has such a good record.
