Double Intruder always prominent, hit 10th, ridden approaching 3 out, went modest 2nd last

The Hudnalls in rear, headway 3 out, went badly left 2 out, stayed on flat, never dangerous
Eliza Doalott pulled hard in mid-division, pecked 5th, headway after 10th, weakened after 11th
Waiting For Godot held up in mid-division, headway after 8th, weakened approaching 2 out, blundered badly last

Chase The Dawn held up in mid-division, headway approaching 10th, weakened after 11th, tailed off when pulled up before 2 out
Danesbrook always behind, ridden after 9th, blundered 10th, pulled up before 11th
Double Intruder raced keenly early on and wasn't disgraced. Although he has run well enough to win over hurdles, he is likely to do better when he goes back over fences, presumably next season.
The Hudnalls stuck on despite a tired jump at the second-last and shaped like a stayer. Eliza Doalott, quite keen early, is likely to do better in small handicaps, while Sir Winston was prominent for a long way and is another who is likely to do better in small handicaps.
