Psychiatrist tracked leader, led after 3 out, driven out run-in
Tampa Boy chased leaders, blundered 2nd and 3rd, ridden to go 2nd after 3 out, stayed on but no impression on winner from next
Kilmeena Magic held up in rear, steady headway from 2 out, kept on well run-in but never in contention
Quaystone Lady chased leaders, ridden, weakened and mistake 3 out
Fortification in rear, modetrate progress from 2 out
Princess Flame led until headed and weakened after 3 out
Just A Thought chased leaders until weakened quickly 4 out
Storm Surge hampered and mistake 1st, took keen hold towards rear, in touch when hit 5th, weakened after 4 out
Mole´s Chamber in rear 3rd, no chance when hit 4 out
Cilla Black chased leaders from 3rd, ridden approaching 4 out, weakened quickly before next, pulled up before 2 out
Tampa Boy's supporters knew they were in trouble after he made a bad mistake at the second. From that point he was always having to be pushed along to keep tabs on the leaders. To his credit he kept responding but, though narrowing the gap in the straight, never looked like reeling-in Psychiatrist.
Quaystone Lady struggled on for minor money while Princess Flame, Cilla Black and Storm Surge all fell away disappointingly.
