Rydal Park chased leaders, led 9th, mistake 2 out, ridden and jumped right last, stayed on
Murphy´s Cardinal led, blundered 8th, headed next, mistake 3 out, ridden and every chance last, no extra flat
Moscow Court prominent, ridden approaching 2 out, jumped right and weakened last
Wild Is The Wind held up, mistake 5th, headway and hampered 8th, close 3rd when hit 4 out, stayed on same pace from 2 out
Arf The Price held up and behind, jumped right 7th and 9th, headway 12th, ridden and weakened approaching 2 out, jumped right last
Dizzy Massini chased leaders to 12th
Alpha Image held up, ridden after 6th, behind from 8th
Thompsons Wood chased leaders to 10th, tailed off when pulled up before last
Murphy's Cardinal travelled and jumped well until getting it all wrong at the eighth. His rider Richard Burton didwell to keep the partnership intact at that point and Murphy's Cardinal again seemed to be going like a winner four out, but he pecked on landing at the third last and did not find as much as hoped for up the home straight.
