Analyis of the race
An uncompetitive novice, and from four out it only concerned TIZZY BLUE and Dancing Dasi.
The pair had met at Newbury last time, when Dancing Dasi was fifth in what was a valuable handicap and Tizzy Blue, after an early mistake, had become detached from the pace by halfway and was pulled up. However, trainer Carl Llewellyn reckoned that it was the very soft ground which had found out Tizzy Blue that day and it was noticeable that Tony McCoy took her wide in search of the better ground here.
Speed Bonnie Boat,a staying-on second in a 2m bumper at Ludlow last time, was novicey on this hurdles debut but did plug on for third, with the rest well strung out behind her, and there should be a little race for her in due course.
