Miller´s Dawn in midfield, headway halfway, ran green on bend 3f out, ridden to challenge 2f out, edged right and outpaced by winner inside final furlong
Flying Squad in midfield early, tracked leaders after 4f, ridden 2f out, weakened final furlong
Quail led, headed after 4f, regained lead 7f out, ridden and headed over 2f out, weakened final furlong
Decibel in midfield, outpaced over 3f out, stayed on from 2f out, not pace to trouble leaders
Matako raced keenly, in midfield early, tracked leaders after 2f, ridden over 2f out, weakened over 1f out
Past Gambles raced keenly, in rear, kept on final 2f, never on terms with leaders
Rapid Pete in midfield, headway over 6f out, ran green and outpaced over 3f out, no danger after
Mac Halen in touch, led after 4f, headed 7f out, ridden and weakened 3f out
Trireme prominent, challenging 4f out, weakened over 2f out
Quenzo Conti ridden 7f out, always in rear division
Sleep Talk in rear, pushed along halfway, never on terms

Ti Amore in touch, reminders after 5f, soon lost place, tailed off halfway
Miller's Dawn was the only one to trouble the winner and this was a pleasing debut effort. Given that his trainer's horses usually improve a lot for their debut he is one to keep on the right side.
Quail made the running on his debut here and may well benefit for the experience.
Decibel stayed on well on his first run for a while. He gave the impression he was still a bit green and should come on for this.
