Prince Kalamoun was produced to challenge thewinner, but he did not see out his race as well, and was firmly put in his place in the final half-furlong.
Legion D'Honneur, who looked as though this race would do him good, made just a fair reappearance. He will now be eligible for handicaps, which promise to serve him better.
