Oriental Girl in touch, headway to chase leaders over 2f out but soon hung right, outpaced final furlong
Solo River slowly into stride, pulled hard in rear, headway from 2f out, kept on inside final furlong but never in contention
Tenraninthemist in rear but in touch, ridden along 3f out, never going pace to be competitive
Miss Okaloosa unruly and unseated rider before start, slowly away, moderate late progress

Analyis of the race
Not a strong race by any means but a taking performance from BINFIELD, who left behind a bit of a patchy juvenile career to thrash some unexposed rivals. Always travelling smoothly under Jamie Spencer, she settled well, helped by the decent gallop, and having hit the front before the distance she drew right away in the final furlong to win with a fair bit in hand.
Bred to be well suited by this surface, connections think she'll get a bit further, and she is very much going the right way now.
Nice Wee Girl is a consistent sort and she again ran her race but she's vulnerable to less exposed types.
Red Amaryllis led for a long way and although readily brushed aside by the winner approaching the final furlong she ran a fair race. Some of her best form has come over 6f and on this evidence she could take some catching around here over that trip.
Jimmy Fortune reported that River Gleam ran too free.
