Digital soon outpaced in rear, pulled out 2f out, good headway on wide outside over 1f out, led just inside final furlong, ran on well
Namir steadied start, held up, switched right and headway over 1f out, every chance entering final furlong, not quicken
Hart Of Gold with leader, ridden to lead and bumped over 1f out, headed just inside final furlong, one pace
Monte Major with leaders, ridden and every chance 1f out, weakened inside final furlong
Diminuto led, ridden and headed over 1f out, weakened final furlong
Figaro Flyer held up, ridden over 1f out, no response
Harrison´s Flyer with leaders, every chance when ridden and edged left over 1f out, weakened final furlong
Namir, who was taken steadily to post, was sharper for his previous outings this year and has become well treated. Like the winner he came from off the pace.
Monte Major, from the same stable as the second, was not discredited from just out of the handicap, but all his career victories have come on sand.
Diminuto showed early pace before fading and finished further behind Digital than she had at Kempton.
