The winner had reportedly finished distressed in the four miler at Cheltenham, but he found this distance and company much more to his liking. His jumping was also better than when he won at Ludlow on his chasing debut in February. The ground would probably have been as quick as he wants so the weather will decide whether he runs again this spring.
Leading Attractionwas making a quick return to action after winning earlier in the week. His jumping was far from fluent on a few occasions, but he was held when clouting the last and needs to brush up in that department.
