Analyis of the race
A weak maiden in which debutant REHABILITATION picked up well in the straight to score with a bit in hand. He showed clear signs of greenness, going right close home, and he can only improve on this first effort.
Ink Spot had the edge in experience on his five rivals, but he needed a few strong early reminders to get competitive and then, after looking to be travelling like a winner turning for home, he was inclined to edge left all the way down the straight and was worried out of it by the winner.
